The Project
This concept was to have a traditional but modern kitchen with lots of work surface and to make use of very high ceilings in this continually used family space. We designed a Maple framed kitchen with a double depth peninsular unit to offer ample worktop and act as a division to the sitting area. Extra tall units were designed to reach the ceiling and the upper cupboards are accessed using steps, as requested by the client. As well as integrated ovens, we included a double Fisher & Paykel dishwasher drawer.
